Key Responsibilities:

Documentation:
 
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Meeting Coordination:
 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and necessary materials.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed.

Visitor Management:
 
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Collaboration:
 
  • Work closely with team members to provide administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any stream.
