Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in a client services organization, preferably on project with consulting firms, interactive agencies, and or creative agencies.
• Ability to manage the multiple scrum teams and ensure all ceremonies are being followed as per best practices.
• Expert familiarity with complex Confluence, JIRA & Bitbucket workflow 
• Strong ticketing, backlog & status tracking capabilities for an enterprise engineering initiative
• Should be able prepare meeting notes and follow the action items to closure.
• Should be able prepare the status reports and present to client.
• Ability to manage and set expectations with clients, while articulating progress through clear visuals and presentations
• Demonstrated success at managing different types of teams – engineering, design and QA.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills
• Superior attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Quick-thinking, hands-on, collaborative and a natural problem solver.
