Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and necessary materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed.
Visitor Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
